Cambridge and Ely Psychotherapy Service

I work with people who have experienced Trauma and PTSD as well as generalised anxiety and personality disorders. I offer short term and long term work. I use the Adlerian/integrative approach to Psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Somatic therapy. I facilitate mental health support groups and manage a wellbeing service in Peterborough which offers counselling and health coaching to the local community.
