About Elyte 115
A fully equipped Hammer Strength selection is on offer alongside dedicated function areas. CrossFit and Hyrox group sessions are taken by our expert coaching team and with a strong focus on teamwork, you will always find the support required to get through each and every workout. We are consistently reinvesting in our community; one of the many reasons why we are the largest and most well-equipped gym in the area.
CrossFit group training sessions and open box training (outside of class). Sessions are run throughout the day and evening.
